  My PC was randomly freezing and then refused to turn on one day and I was concerned about what the problem was. I contacted Nathan and he came to my flat on a Sunday afternoon to help diagnose the problem and explain to me the possible issues there may be. Nathan is a very friendly person to entrust your computer to and keeps you updated throughout the process. I have no problem recommending Nathan for anybody's IT issues or advice!

  After returning from holiday to find a nasty virus had infected my PC and it looked like I might lose everything, I contacted Nathan and I am extremely glad I did. He picked it up the same day (which was amazing) and quickly and efficiently eliminated the problem. My PC is now performing better than ever. It is much, much faster after he de-cluttered it and he even took the time to advise me how to look after it in the future. I was very worried that I might have to buy a new PC but his lovely reassuring, calming and friendly personality put me at ease and I couldn’t be happier with everything he has done to save my PC. Nathan has a rare gift – professional and clearly very passionate about his work as well as being polite and informative to the client. Thank you so much, Nathan.

  After my MacBook Air got infected with some sort of malware I was extremely worried as I didn’t think it could be reversed. I googled local computer repairs and tried my best to find somewhere which was open on a Sunday.
  
  I contacted Nathan and he came across as very polite and friendly, he even offered to pick my laptop up but since I was in the area I dropped it off and he started work on it straight away. Within two hours I received a text from Nathan saying my laptop was all fixed and he charged me a lower rate than usual since it was a quick and easy job which was very nice of him.
  
  Nathan’s service is highly efficient with very reasonable rates, I couldn’t recommend him enough to anyone with IT issues.
